ASSA Evolution Connect 400-series
The lock incorporates three functions, all with a 360° guided extraction and a unique hook bolt construction. Thanks to the patented design and the built-in gear mechanism, the hook bolt operation is as smooth as that of straight bolts in regular modular locks.
The new design and extraction mechanism of the hook bolt has several advantages. In the event of forced entry, the hook bolt is wedged in the lock case face plate. Furthermore, it is impossible to break the lock case and the striking plate apart when the bolt is extracted since the striking plate is "hooked".
The 400 series also includes ASSA 2000 EVO. ASSA 2000 EVO is an upgraded version of the well-known ASSA 2000 lock. ASSA 2000 EVO is available with backset 50 and 70 mm. The other versions are available also with 35 mm backset.
